What if we forget to take check-in photos?

Photos are the gate. The "Confirm check-in" button stays disabled until your side has uploaded a photo. Same for check-out.

This is intentional — photos are the single most important piece of evidence if anything goes wrong. We'd rather slow you down for 30 seconds at handoff than have you lose a dispute later because there was no photo trail.

If you upload after the fact (more than 24 hours after the event), we mark the photo as a "late upload." Late photos still count as evidence but carry less weight in dispute review than photos taken at the actual time of handoff.
