How do reviews work?

1-5 stars + comment, after every completed rental, from both sides.

When a rental completes, both the renter and the owner are prompted to leave a review. Each side gets to rate the other 1-5 stars and leave a short comment.

Reviews show up on profiles and listing pages. They're not editable after submission — that keeps them honest. If a review is abusive or violates our policy, you can report it.

Average rating is computed across all reviews you've received in either role. New users start with no reviews; building up history is one of the most reliable ways to signal you're trustworthy.

A few notes: - You can only review someone you've actually rented from / rented to, after the rental is complete. - You can't review someone if a dispute is open — wait until the dispute resolves first. - If you delete your account, your reviews stay (anonymized).
