How do I report a listing or user?
Click the flag icon on the listing card or the report button on the listing page.
If a listing looks like spam, a scam, prohibited (weapons, drugs, etc.), or just clearly misleading, click the flag icon on the listing card or the "Report" button on the listing detail page. Pick a reason, optionally add a note, and submit.
Our admin team reviews reports daily. Confirmed violations result in the listing being removed and, for repeat offenders, account suspension.
For specific user behavior — harassment in messages, off-platform contact attempts, refusing to refund a deposit — message us at support@rentneighbors.com with the rental ID and we'll investigate.
