How does RentNeighbors work?

For owners: 1. Post a listing with photos, a price per day, and your location. 2. Renters near you find your listing and request to book it. 3. You approve the request and meet the renter to hand off the item. 4. When they return it, both of you confirm check-out and your earnings hit your Stripe account.

For renters: 1. Browse or search listings within whatever distance you want. 2. Pick your dates, request the booking, and pay through Stripe Checkout. 3. The owner approves, you meet up, you upload a quick check-in photo. 4. When you bring it back, both parties confirm check-out and your security deposit (if any) is refunded.

Everything money-related runs through Stripe — we never touch your card or bank details directly.
