What if the owner doesn't respond?

If they don't approve before the start date, your authorization is voided.

Owners have until the rental's check-in deadline (3 days after the start date) to approve. If they don't, our cron job automatically cancels the rental and voids the Stripe authorization. You're not charged.

If you need the item urgently, you can message the owner from the listing page or cancel and book a similar listing nearby.
