How do I set up payouts?
Connect your bank through Stripe — required before approving rentals.
In Settings → Payouts, click "Set Up Payouts." This takes you to Stripe Connect onboarding, where you'll provide:
- Your name and date of birth
- Your bank account details (routing + account number, or debit card)
- A government ID for KYC verification
The whole flow is on Stripe's site — we never see your bank details directly. Once Stripe approves your account (usually a few minutes), you can start approving rentals.
We use a "manual payout" schedule by default. That means earnings accumulate in your Stripe Connect balance instead of auto-flowing to your bank. You see the balance on your Settings page and tap "Withdraw" when you want it. Funds typically arrive 1-2 business days after withdrawal.
