How do payouts actually work?
Stripe holds your earnings; you tap Withdraw when you want them.
When a rental completes (both parties confirm check-out), the platform fee comes out and the rest is transferred from RentNeighbors's Stripe account into your Connect account. The money sits in your Connect balance.
On your Settings page, you'll see "Available to withdraw" and "Pending (clearing)." Stripe holds new transfers in "pending" for ~2 days for risk review before moving them to "available."
Tap "Withdraw" and we trigger a payout from Stripe to your bank account. Stripe sends it the same business day; your bank usually shows it within 1-2 days. There's no fee for standard withdrawals.
You can also see the same balance and trigger withdrawals from Stripe's Express dashboard (linked from your Settings page) if you'd rather use their UI.
