How do invite links work?
Generate a link, share it, the recipient becomes your friend on signup.
On your /friends page, click "Generate invite link." We'll give you a unique URL you can text, DM, or paste anywhere. When someone clicks it and signs up (or signs in to an existing account), a friend request is automatically created from them to you.
A few details: - Each link is single-use. After someone redeems it, you can generate a fresh one. - If the recipient already has a RentNeighbors account, the link still works — it just creates the friend request. - If they're already friends with you, the link no-ops gracefully.
